Frasier wins customer service award

Tosha Nicole Frasier recently was announced as the third quarter winner of the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Medicaid Eligibility Division’s “High Five” customer service award, which recognizes Medicaid eligibility employees for providing outstanding and exemplary customer service, as nominated by co-workers.

Frasier grew up in Sumter County and works as a caseworker in the county’s DHHS Medicaid office and was nominated by Gloria Scott, who noted Frasier has grown in the customer service area and knows many of the customers she serves, and maintains a professional demeanor while making customers feeling comfortable about needing assistance while being respectful and listening carefully with compassion.
