Woman wanted for $18,000 in child support

A woman who authorities say is more than $18,000 behind in child support payments has been placed on Sumter County's Most Wanted List.

Carol Bernadette Sisson, 42, whose last known address was 229 Kennedy Drive in Wagener, Aiken County, owes $18,818.54 in child support, according to the Sumter County Sheriff's Office.

Sisson is described as white, 6 feet, 160 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff's office at 436-2700 or 436-2718. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
