Yang says bad Hibachi Grill grade won't happen again
I am writing this letter to the editor concerning The Item article about the Hibachi Grill. We also have a Hibachi Grill in Rocky Mount, and I love eating there.
I am with the Chamber of Commerce and love it when a new business comes to town as I am sure that we all do. I worked closely with Jacky Yang, and even though I have never been in the kitchen at the restaurant, the dining area is always immaculate. I am so sorry that he has gotten the low rate there that he told me about and do hope that the area will continue dining with him now that he has a much higher rating. I have never eaten any bad food in our restaurant.
He has been a good Chamber member and citizen since late 2007 and we have all enjoyed dining there since he opened in June of 2008. I have enjoyed working with Jacky and hope to continue our relationship for years to come.
Thank you for taking the time to read my letter and again I do hope that he will not be in the news again because of a low grade.
Jacky would like to personally apologize to everyone that dines with him in the city and the surrounding areas and he also guarantees that this will not happen again.
