Carmen loves attention

Carmen, a spayed 1-year-old orange tabby and white American shorthair, is available for adoption at the Sumter SPCA. She is housebroken and great with other cats. Carmen is sweet, affectionate, gentle, friendly and active. She loves to be petted and given lots of attention. The Sumter SPCA is located at 1140 S.
