In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann (Laura) McConico; two sisters, Deloris McConico and Sally (Cake) McConico; and a brother, Anthony McConico.
He departed this life on Friday, Dec. 15, 2017, in Manning.
The Rev. McConico leaves to cherish his memory: three daughters, Stacey McConico, Grace McConico and Brittany McConico; son, Allen Quincey (Talena) McConico; two brothers, Joe Louis (Elaine) McConico and Daniel (Irma) McConico; two sisters, Juanita (Rodney) James and Willie Mae McConico; two aunts, Williene Johnson and Jessie Mae Green (Solomon); uncle, Albertus (Betty) Bosier Jr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 182 S. Pike Road East, Sumter, with Aurelia Hill, pastor, and Pastor Elaine McConico, officiant. Interment will follow at Bradford Cemetery.
A public viewing will be held from 1 to 6 p.m. today at the mortuary.
The family is receiving friends at the home of his daughter, Stacey McConico, 2975 Trent St., Dalzell.
