Mrs. Amie Carolyn Magazine Ruth, affectionately known as Cookie by family, 58, of Charlotte, North Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018 at her home. A celebration of life and homegoing services will be held tomorrow at 11 a.m. at Silver Mount Baptist Church, 501 W. Arrowood Road, in Charlotte, North Carolina, with the internment being held at Elizabeth Baptist Church, 4986 Camden Highway, in Bishopville. Mrs. Ruth will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. for viewing on Thursday. Public viewing will be today from noon to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
