It’s essential to drink plenty of water during the summer as dehydration is one of the most common hazards of hot and humid weather for seniors.
To help the older members of society stay healthy this summer Brookdale Senior Living, in partnership with Agape Hospice, will host a free seminar on hydration from 2 to 4 p.m. on Tuesday at Brookdale Senior Living, 1180 Wilson Hall Road.
