PINEWOOD - Candy Sue Cochran McKenzie, 43, wife of Culton Ray McKenzie, died on Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018, at McLeod Health Clarendon in Manning.

Born in Beckley, West Virginia, she was a daughter of Jenny McLeod Cochran and the late James Cochran.

Surviving are her husband of 24 years of Pinewood; her mother of Sumter; three sons, Culton Lee McKenzie, Collin Ray McKenzie and Corbin Lucious McKenzie, all of Pinewood; a daughter, Jenna Elizabeth McKenzie of Pinewood; a brother, James Cochran (Damaris) of Sumter; a sister, Linda Thompson (David) of Sumter; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Mrs. McKenzie was a devoted wife, mother and daughter.

Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. today in the chapel of Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Atkinson, the Rev. Jimmy Holley and the Rev. Don Riner officiating.The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. today at Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home.
