Charlotte Green Walters, 71, died on Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2018, at her residence, 1025 Roosevelt Road, Sumter.
She was born on April 12, 1947, in Manning, a daughter of the late Lemon and Vinnie Nelson Green.
The family is receiving friends at her residence and at the home of her sister, Virginia Wells, 1460 Pinecrest Acre, Alcolu.
