ATLANTA - Darrell James, 47, died on July 11, 2018, at Grady Hospital, Atlanta.
He was born on Sept. 8, 1970, in Summerton, a son of Betty McDonald McGregor and the late Charles James.
Funeral services for Mr. James will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning, with the Rev. Bobby McDonald officiating, the Rev. O'Donald Dingle, presiding, and the Rev. Willie Starks assisting. Burial will follow at Briggs Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery, Davis Station.
The family will receive friends at the home of his mother, 1100 K.W. Hodge Road, Manning.
