Wilson Hall improved to 2-1 on the season with a 14-6 victory over Orangeburg Prep on Thursday at Spencer Field.
Doc Walker caught a touchdown pass from Wise Segars and ran for a 2-point conversion. William Reese ran for the other TD.
Wise Segars, Trey Barkley and Hutch Johnson each had an interception on defense.

MIDDLE SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL
Furman improved to 2-0 with a 3-1 victory over Bates on Thursday at the FMS gymnasium.
The Lady Indians won by the scores of 25-22, 23-25, 25-17, 25-11.
A'Niyah Choice led Furman with 10 assists and Tojarlein Jeriong had four assists.
On Tuesday, Furman beat Chestnut Oaks 3-1 at the CO gymnasium by the scores of 25-12, 25-27, 25-18, 25-16.
DALZELL - Hillcrest improved to 2-0 with a 3-2 victory over Mayewood on Thursday at the HMS gymnasium.
The Lady Wildcats won by the scores of 25-11, 30-32, 25-3, 26-28, 15-13.
Amoni Washington had 14 service points to lead Hillcrest. She had two aces and one kill. Kristin Reynolds had 23 points, Destyni Crim had 18 and Olivia O'Claire had 16.
MYRTLE BEACH - Sumter High School lost its Region VI-5A on Thursday, falling to Socastee 3-0 at the Socastee gymnasium.
Socastee won by the scores of 25-14, 25-15, 25-22.
The Lady Gamecocks are 6-3 overall.
VARSITY GIRLS GOLF
Cardinal Newman 194
Wilson Hall 217
Cardinal Newman defeated Wilson Hall by 23 strokes on Thursday at Beech Creek Golf Club.
Cardinal Newman shot 194 to the Lady Barons' 217. Kelly Brady led WH with a 44. Claire Kirkley shot a 53, Amelia Weston a 56 and Isabelle Weston a 64.
B TEAM FOOTBALL
Wilson Hall 22
Orangeburg Prep 0
Wilson Hall improved to 2-1 with a 22-0 victory over Orangeburg Prep on Thursday at Spencer Field.
Cameron Coulter ran for a 2-yard touchdown and also ran for a 2-point conversion. Boykin Wilder caught a 50-yard TD pass from Coulter and also had a catch for a 2-point conversion.
Will Singleton returned an interception 45 yards for a score. Dylan Richardson had two interceptions. John Osteen and Landon Miller had four tackles apiece.
MIDDLE SCHOOL FOOTBALL
Chestnut Oaks 16
Chestnut Oaks defeated Furman 16-6 in the season opener for both teams on Wednesday at the CO field.
Lawrence Burroughs led the Falcons with 88 yards rushing and a touchdown while running for a 2-point conversion. Zayveon Wells ran for 50 yards and a TD.
Markel Frierson led the Chestnut defense with eight tackles, two pass breakups and an interception.
