Funeral services for Ellen "Letha" Nelson Richbow will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday at High Hills AME Church, 6780 Meetinghouse Road, Dalzell, with the Rev. Keith R. Mayes, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.

The public may view from 2 to 8 p.m. today at Palmer Memorial Chapel, 304 S. Main St., Sumter.
Ms. Richbow transitioned on Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017, at her residence in Rembert. Born and reared in the Horatio-Claremont community, she married Ceasar Richbow. She was a lifelong member of High Hills AME Church and served faithfully as steward emeritus and several other church auxiliaries.
Survivors include three daughters, Elizabeth (Darryl) Moore, Mary Richbow and the Rev. Linda Richbow of the home; five sons, Calvin (Juliann) Nelson, Ceasar Richbow, James Richbow, Toney Richbow and Wayne (Sharon) Richbow; a granddaughter reared in the home, Shakeema (Kevin) Nichols; 18 other grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Elick Dargan Jr. and Gilbert Dargan; and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
