George Britton, 84, husband of Fannie Richardson Britton, departed this life on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2018, at McCoy Memorial Nursing Center, Bishopville.
He was born on March 22, 1934, in Sumter, a son of the late Toby Temoney and Katie Lee Brown.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m. daily at the home, 1311 Manning Road, Sumter.
Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
