Irene Hagner, age 87, died on Thursday, March 26, 2020, at Sumter Health and Rehab.
Born on Aug. 13, 1932, in Smilno, Slovakia, she was a daughter of the late Andy and Mary Adamik of Bentleyville, Pennsylvania.
She is survived by her daughter, Victoria Hagner of Sumter.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, M.J. Hagner.
In light of the recent novel COVID-19 virus, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
