WEST HAVEN, Conn. - Janie "Jenny" Blackwell White, 76, widow of Joseph White, died on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018, at St. Raphel Hospital, New Haven.
She was born on Oct. 28, 1942, in Alcolu, a daughter of the late James and Ella Harrison Blackwell.
Arrangements are incomplete.
