In addition to her parents, Lakeisha was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Arlena Wilson; and paternal grandparents, Mason and Everlena Isaac.
Lakeisha departed this life on Monday, Feb. 26, 2018, in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Lakeisha leaves to cherish her precious memory: two brothers, Lucious (Deloris) Isaac of Sumter and Bruce (Carletta) Isaac of Blythewood; two sisters, Luciana Isaac of Columbia and Shiza Isaac of Sumter; maternal grandfather, Willie Lee Spann Sr. of Manning; stepmother, Annie Epps Isaac of Shiloh; three nephews; four nieces; seven uncles, Roosevelt Isaac, Gary (Annette) Spann, Donald Spann, Quintin Spann, Willie Spann Jr., James Spann and David Spann; aunt, Brenda Green; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 182 S. Pike Road East, Sumter, with Aurelia Hill, pastor, and Bishop B.L. James officiating. Interment will follow at Bradford Cemetery.
A public viewing will be held from 1 to 6 p.m. today at the mortuary.
The family is receiving friends at the home of her brother and sister-in-law, Bruce and Carletta Isaac, 355 Red Tail Drive, Blythewood.
