The public hearing will give residents a chance to comment on the fee-in-lieu-of-tax collections on some property located in the county and other related matters, as well as an ordinance authorizing the execution and delivery of an amendment to the existing agreement for development of joint county industrial and business parks to extend certain time periods set forth in the park agreement regarding diminution of the boundaries of the park and termination of the park agreement and to enlarge the boundaries of the park to exclude certain property owned and/or operated by Fiber Industries LLC, and authorizing other related matters.
Council will meet after the public hearing and will take third and final votes on the matters discussed in the public hearing.
Council will also vote on the appointment of Mary Randall to the Lee County Library Board.
