MICHAEL A. MCLEOD
Michael "Mike" Allen McLeod, age 60, beloved husband of Judy Doran McLeod, died on Wednesday, July 4, 2018, at his residence.
Born in Sumter, he was a son of Miriam Mathis McLeod and the late Richard Coleman McLeod. Mike loved life, family, cars and animals. He was a selfless man who was always there to help and lend a helping hand. He was an employee with Barnette's Auto Parts for many years.
Surviving in addition to his spouse and mother are two children, Michael Allen McLeod II and Ashlyn Renee McLeod (Walker), all of Sumter; one sister, Marilyn Russell (Jimmy) of Sumter; and three nieces, Phylis Bishop, Renee Ward and Hailee Shirah.
A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday at the Bullock Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 2 to 3 p.m. on Saturday at Bullock Funeral Home.
