UPDATE: Cole was located late Tuesday morning in Waynesboro, Mississippi.

After researching her credit card history, Sumter County Sheriff's Office investigators said they think Judith A. Cole, 75, is lost and traveling on her own.

Cole's credit card was last used in Birmingham, Alabama, Tuesday morning, states a news release from the sheriff's office.

She was last confirmed seen at 2:15 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 5 in Pickens, which is just west of Greenville, when she used her credit card and reportedly asked for directions back to Sumter.

Investigators do not believe Cole is being forced to drive, states the release.

She is known to have slight Alszheimer's and may be disoriented.

Cole left Sumter about 7:30 a.m. on Monday in a dark gray 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Tasmanian Devil front license plate, according to the sheriff's office. The vehicle's rear South Carolina license tag is FFU 427.

Cole is 5-feet-7-inches tall and has gray hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Judith Cole's location should call 911 or Sumter County Sheriff's Office at (803) 436-2000.
