CHARLOTTE - Naomi Walters Baxter, 59, wife of Floyd Baxter, died Friday, July 20, 2018, at Carolina Medical Center, Charlotte. She was born Aug. 27, 1958, in Manning, a daughter of the late Robert Walters and Bessie Thames Walters.
The family is receiving friends at the home of her sister and brother-in-law, Inez and Evane Stinnie, 1097 Chumley Lane, Summerton; and at the home of her brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Evone Walters, 1123 Chumley Lane, Summerton.
These services have been entrusted to Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
