OPAL MARIE M. YOUMANS

Opal Marie Martin Youmans, 82, wife of Bud Willard Youmans, died on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018, at her home.

Born on Dec. 19, 1935, in Johnson County, Texas, she was a daughter of the late R.L. Martin, the late Fannie May Henderson and the late O.M. Henderson. Mrs. Youmans was a member of Wedgefield Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years; four grandchildren, Bud Bowman (Tanya), Tiffanie Zellers (John), Marty Youmans and Tiffany Lee; five great-grandchildren, John Zellers, Logan Zellers, Ayden Zellers, Jack Zellers and Victoria Bowman; and one brother, Aubrey Henderson (Gayla) of Sherman, Texas.

She was preceded in death by four children, Bud W. Youmans Jr., Jackie Youmans, Sheila Y. Lee and Raymond M. Youmans.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Wedgefield Baptist Church with the Rev. Paul Goff officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be John Zellers, Logan Zellers, Scotty Henderson, Bud Bowman, Marty Youmans and Dennis Pritchard.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. today at Wedgefield Baptist Church and other times at the home, 30 Youmans Court, Wedgefield.
