Terrell Carter, 20, of 10 Lakeside Drive, was arrested on Aug. 9 and charged with second degree burglary for allegedly serving as a lookout while codefendants entered a residence in the 100 block of Brentwood Drive without consent and came out the house carrying stolen items on July 21.

Tyshon Carter, 17, of 10 Lakeside Drive, was arrested on Aug. 9 for and charged with second degree burglary for allegedly entering a residence in the 100 block of Brentwood Drive without consent and taking two pairs of shoes valued at $300 on July 21.

STOLEN PROPERTY

An Xbox 360 valued at $300 and $1,600 in cash was reportedly stolen from an apartment unit in the 4600 block of Blanche Road between 12 and 12:30 a.m. on Friday.

A black HP computer valued at $1,150; a dealership tag valued at $75; an Apple iPhone 5SE valued at $100; a gray 2013 Chevrolet Cruze valued at $12,000; and $15,000 in supplies were reportedly stolen from an auto dealership in the 2600 block of North Main Street between 4 and 5 a.m. on Monday.

A pink camouflage print wallet valued at $20; $700 in cash; diamond earrings valued at $1,000; and $30 in identification cards were reportedly stolen from a residence in the 100 block of Anderson Street between 12:30 and 8:50 a.m. on Tuesday.

A brick red pillow sham valued at $50; a .357-caliber Smith & Wesson six-shot handgun with a 4-inch barrel and blue finish valued at $1,500; a stainless-steel expedition diving watch valued at $100; and $2,000 in gold and silver jewelry were reportedly stolen from a residence in the 2100 block of Graystone Drive between Friday and Tuesday. Approximately $1,500 in damage was caused to the residence when a sliding glass door was broken, according to an incident report from Sumter Police Department.

DAMAGED PROPERTY

Approximately $3,000 in damage was caused to a black 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt when the exterior of the vehicle was scratched while it was parked in the 900 block of Miller Road about 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
