Ralph Mizell, 83, husband of Dorothy G. Mizell, departed this life on Thursday, Aug. 30, 2018, at Veterans Victory House in Walterboro.
He was born on Aug. 15, 1935, in Zebulon, Georgia, a son of the late John and Katie W. Mizell.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. daily at the home, 2640 Fossil Lane, Sumter, SC 29153.
