RANDY ALLEN SPRINGS SR.

Randy Allen Springs Sr., 61, died on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018, at Faith Healthcare Center in Florence.

Born on Jan. 10, 1957, in Florence, he was a son of the late Mack Henry Springs and Winnie Mae Jones Springs. Mr. Springs was a member of Green Acres Assembly of God.

Survivors include two children, Randy Springs Jr. (Betsy) of Sumter and Amanda Kelly (D.J.) of Manning; seven grandchildren, Brandi, Nichole, Zach, Josh, Abby, Dalton and Morgan; five great-grandchildren, Brayden, Noah, Scarlett, Mahla and David; four sisters, Becky Lane (Woody) of Marion, Shelby Ard (Allen) of Florence, Terri Staley (Mike) of Sumter and Lesia Geddings (Wayne) of Pinewood; one brother; Stevie Springs (Teresa) of Sumter; his former wife, Sandy Griffin of Sumter; and long-time friend, Leland Thigpen of Sumter.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Michael Bowman and the Rev. Ronnie Morris officiating. Burial will be at Pinewood Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Josh Springs, Zach Kelly, Mark Yarborough, Chad Nesbitt, Travis Steele and Joby Griffin.

Honorary pallbearers will be Leland Thigpen and William Timmons.

The family will receive friends at the home of his granddaughter, 3860 Artesian Drive, Sumter.

Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
