Born in Poland, she was a daughter of the late Morris and Bessie Slotin Lederman. Regina was of the Jewish faith. She was a realtor with ERA Southeast Coastal Real Estate and had won many awards. Regina loved her family and especially time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are her husband of almost 34 years, Richard Henry Herzog; one daughter, Bari Perales and her husband, Robert, of Sumter; one son, Ken Schwartz of Frisco, Texas; five grandchildren, Alexander Perales, Nicholas Perales, Abbie Schwartz, Gabriella Perales and Evan Schwartz; and her rescue dog, Bo.
The family will receive friends from 2 until 4 p.m. today at Gamble Funeral Service, 410 Stephenson Ave.
The funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. today in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service, conducted by Rabbi Robert W. Haas. Interment will be at 3 p.m. on Wednesday at Temple Sinai Cemetery in Sumter, conducted by Rabbi Leah Doberne-Schor.
