Baibak, who has worked for SAFE for almost 14 years, will oversee all electronic services ranging from debit and credit cards to online account application, remote deposit capture, video-enabled Personal Teller Machines, online banking, online bill pay and more.
The new position and the realignment of the electronic services are part of SAFE's overall streamlining of operations in response to the credit union's continued growth. The credit union now has more than a billion dollars in assets.
Baibak noted that "one of my goals in this job is to make a difference for our members and for SAFE. I want to be able to say that I am helping to drive our credit union forward."
