Sumter man charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor

A 47-year-old Sumter man was arrested on Thursday and charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
According to Ken Bell, public information officer with Sumter County Sheriff's Office, the warrant issued on April 6 states that Dean Bradley, of Yank Haven Drive, reportedly touched a 9-year-old female on her chest and on her private area while at a location in the 4000 block of Camden Highway in Sumter County on March 27.
