Sumter man wins $125K from scratch-off in Manning

A Sumter lottery winner is really laughing all the way to the bank.
He told South Carolina Education Lottery officials that he's been laughing ever since winning $125,000 on a scratch-off bought at Ambe #2 on U.S. 301 North in Manning on Friday.
"It was a better weekend than usual," he chuckled.
Two top prizes of $125,000 remain in the $5 Mega Money game at odds of 1 in 600,000.
For selling the claimed ticket, Ambe #2 in Manning received a commission of $1,250.
