Sumter Police Department is looking for 18-year-old suspect Tas'Je Sha Shakur Spann after he allegedly pointed a loaded gun at two acquaintances after an argument earlier this month, according to a news release from Tonyia M. McGirt, Sumter Police Department public information officer.

Spann, of 216 Clement St., is wanted for two counts of pointing and presenting a firearm. The charges stem from a Sept. 14 incident that reportedly occurred outside a residence in the 600 block of South Sumter Street.

Spann was identified at a later date as the person who pointed the handgun. He is described as about 6 feet tall and 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
