FROM STAFF REPORTS

Santa Claus will again visit local FTC stores for the annual FTC Santa Portrait Days.

Children (and parents) are invited to visit Santa and receive a free 4-by-6 photo courtesy of FTC, according to a news release. More prints will be available to purchase after the event online.

Stop by the following locations between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m.:

- Monday, Nov. 19 - 104 E. Church St., Bishopville;

- Tuesday, Nov. 20 - 255 W. Wesmark Blvd., Sumter;

- Wednesday, Nov. 28 - 2389 Paxville Highway, Manning; and

- Friday, Nov. 30 - 1280 Peach Orchard Road, Sumter/Shaw.

FTC's store locations will also be collecting donations for Toys for Tots through Dec. 14. All donations received by FTC will be forwarded to Toys for Tots and distributed to less-fortunate children in the area.

"FTC is committed to serving its communities and providing an opportunity to give back to those less fortunate during the holiday season," Chip Chase, director of public relations for FTC, said in the release. "During Santa Days, we have made many memories and established many lasting relationships; it is just one way we can show how much we care about our customers. We hope the individuals of the communities we serve will come out and see Santa and those who can will donate to help our neighbors have a more joyful Christmas season."
