27-year-old mother arrested after newborn tests positive for THC

A 27-year-old woman was arrested this week after her newborn tested positive for drugs.
Teannah Latrice McCoy faces one count of unlawful neglect of a child or helpless person. According to an Oct. 25 warrant, her child tested positive for THC and meconium at the time of birth on Oct. 4.
She was arrested on Dec. 11.
