ALONZA MICHAEL GEORGIE

SUMMERTON - Alonza "Al" Michael Georgie, 72, died on Friday, Sept. 2, 2022, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.

He was born on April 10, 1950, in Summerton, a son of the late Esther Mae Georgie Dingle.

Public viewing will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. today at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday at Taw Caw Missionary Baptist Church, Summerton, with the Rev. Dr. William T. Johnson, pastor, officiating, Evangelist Ernestine Oliver presiding and the Rev. Shirley Wright assisting.

These services have been entrusted to Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
