ALPHONSO RAYMOND JOHNSON

Alphonso Raymond Johnson, 75, was born on Dec. 18, 1944, in Sumter, a son of the late Alphonso Johnson and Daisy G. Butler. He departed this life on Sunday, March 1, 2020, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Salem Chapel & Heritage Center, 101 S. Salem Ave., Sumter, SC 29150.

Interment will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the home of his daughter, 5130 Scenic Lake Drive Lot 37, Rembert, SC 29128.

Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
