JOHNS ISLAND - The Rev. Alphonso "Leon" Terry Sr., of Johns Island, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020.

The Rev. Terry was the husband of Mary A. Terry; brother of Virginia T. Rivers; and father of Alphonso Terry Jr. (Lynn), Adrian Terry, JoiMarie Terry-Hunter (Marcus), Rukaiyah Williams, Rhonda DeVeaux and Lamont Johnson.
