Android app users asked to delete, reinstall SC Game Check app

All Android smartphone users will need to delete and then reinstall the SC Game Check app after SCDNR received reports that Android users could not report their harvest. Many Android phones have different software and settings, so please make sure your phone does not cache any data. This update does not impact iPhone users.
