ANNA LUNDY FRANKS STEIN

Anna Lundy Franks Stein, 83, died on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at her home.

Born in Charleston, she was a daughter of the late Clarence Franks and Ruth Sarah Oldham Morgan. Mrs. Stein retired from the National Bank of South Carolina. She was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church.

Surviving are a daughter, Lisa Don Stein Barras (Frank) of Sumter; a sister, Judy Morgan of Georgetown; a brother, George Morgan of Goose Creek; four grandchildren, Andrea L. Govier (Keith), Brentney Petree (Brian), Bailey Cook (Christian) and Brandon Elmore; and three great-grandchildren, Dawsyn Rio, Huxley Maverick and Jonathan Thomas.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Leslie Elmore, and a grandson, Nicolas Barras.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday in the chapel of Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home with the Rev. David Day officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Park cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the home of her granddaughter, 2857 Sequoia Drive.
