Annie Mae Fleming Carter, wife of Robert Foster Carter Jr., transitioned on Friday, June 26, 2020, at Prisma Health Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia.
Born in Sumter County, she was a daughter of the late Willie and Eva Butler Fleming.
The family will receive friends at the Carter residence, 1881 Stamey Livestock Road, Sumter, SC 29153.
Funeral arrangements are in progress and will be announced by Palmer Memorial Chapel of Sumter.
