ANTHONY ROUSE
Anthony "Buff" Rouse was born on May 16, 1978, in Sumter, a son of Annette Rouse Davis and the late Robert Davis.
He was proceeded in death by his father, Robert Davis; grandparents, Julia and Emmanuel Rouse and Viola and Eugene Davis; two uncles; an aunt; and a niece.
He departed this life on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2020, in Florence.
He leaves to cherish his memories: a daughter, Talayia Rouse; his mother, Annette Davis; one sister, Monique Glisson; one brother, retired Sgt. 1st Class Shawndell Sr. (Natasha) Rouse; six nephews; three nieces; six aunts; three uncles; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Anthony will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 182 S. Pike E., Sumter, with the Rev. Aurelia Hill, pastor, and the Rev. Mary C. Meyers officiating. Interment will follow at White Cemetery.
A public viewing will be held from 1 to 8 p.m. today at the mortuary.
The family is receiving friends at 23 Pineneedle Court, Sumter.
