OLANTA -- Antonio "Black Cat" McGill, 25, husband of Tina Simon McGill of the home, died Sunday, June 5, 2005.

Born in Lake City, he was a son of Sarah McGill of Scranton and the late Louis Rose. He was a graduate of Lake City High School. He was employed by Nanya Plastic of Lake City and was a member of Peaceful Missionary Baptist Church, Timmonsville.

Survivors include one stepson, Marquise Simon of the home; one stepdaughter, Taneya Simon; two sisters, Nina (Frederick) McGill of Hemingway and Mauria Rose of Winston-Salem, N.C.; and a great-grandmother, Mary Ann McGill of Olanta.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Clair Missionary Baptist Church, East Main Street, Lake City, with the Rev. Ray McAlister officiating.

Burial will be in Sandhill Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at 476 Hyman Circle, Olanta.

Green's Funeral Home of Lake City is in charge of arrangements.
