Augustus Williams, 89, husband of Sarah Brogden Williams, died on Friday, May 21, 2021, at his home in Sumter.
Born in Sumter County, he was a son of the late Carl and Lumicha Harrison Williams and stepson of Lillie Williams.
The family will receive friends at the residence, 744 Branch St., Sumter. In accordance with CDC guidelines, the family requests that face masks be worn during visitations.
Funeral arrangements are in progress and will be announced by Palmer Memorial Chapel, Sumter.
