DEERFIELD BEACH, Florida - Barbara Ann Green Bines, 70, widow of Tommy Lee Bines, died on Sunday, Oct. 3, 2021, at her residence.
She was born on Oct. 24, 1951, a daughter of the late Lemon and Vinnie Nelson Green.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines, the family is not receiving visitors.
