Barbara Jean Pugh Elliott, 69, wife of Willie "Bill" Elliott, departed this life on Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital, Columbia.
She was born on May 26, 1950, in Sumter, a daughter of the late Allen and Lucinda Bosien Pugh.
The family will receive friends at the mortuary on the eve of the service.
Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
