Barbara O. Moffatt, 62, died Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2021, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital in Sumter. Born Dec. 15, 1958, in Sumter, she was the daughter of Carrie Smith.
In accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines, the family is requesting no visitation at the home.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the management of Williams Funeral Home Inc., 821 N. Main St., Sumter.
