Barton-Davis

Glenn and Stacy Barton of Sumter announce the engagement of their daughter, Jordan Taylor Barton of Sumter, to Michael George Davis of Columbia, son of Hepburn and Mary Ann Davis of Summerton.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Johnny and Rhonda Withrow, Gordan and Joyce Barton and Rick Banks, all of Ellijay, Georgia. She graduated from the University of South Carolina. She is employed by The Sumter Item.

The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Townsend and Betty Warren of McClellanville and the late Mr. and Mrs. Hepburn Morrison Davis Sr. and the late A.W. Broadway Sr., all of Summerton. He graduated from the University of South Carolina. He is employed by USC in Columbia.

The wedding is planned for Dec. 14, 2019, at The O'Donnell House in Sumter.
