Belk is a baby doll who loves tummy rubs

Belk is an adorable boy who is about 3 years old and weighs 32 pounds. He is a little shy at first but quickly warms up to new people. He loves to be petted and shown attention by the ladies who come to walk him each day. Belk gets along with the other dogs. He is just a baby doll and rolls over to get his tummy rubbed. Visit Belk in kennel 39 at Sumter Animal Control, 1240 Winkles Road. As with all of our adoptable dogs, we do require a spay or neuter agreement, and it is strictly enforced. Proof of spay/neuter after adoption will be required. We have many other adoptable dogs as well as animals who were found and are waiting for their owners to claim them.
