Berkshire John M. Brabham Real Estate office, agents nationally recognized

Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate announced Wednesday that the local affiliate in Sumter, John M. Brabham Real Estate, was recognized as a Round Table award-winning office for 2022.

This award recognizes the top three offices in closed transactions in four separate regions. Berkshire Hathaway John M. Brabham Real Estate was awarded this recognition for the Southeast region comprised of 16 states in offices of 1 to 20 agents. Five agents will be recognized at the national sales conference in Las Vegas, Nevada in March.

Both Millie Welch and Denise Weeks achieved the highest level of The Chairman's Circle. This is awarded to the top three percent of all Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate sales associates which is comprised of over 50,000 agents worldwide.

Charles Edens achieved the President's Circle award which is comprised of the top seven percent of all Berkshire Hathaway agents based on closed sales volume and closed number of units including residential and commercial.

Both Katherine Rauch and Dylan Reese achieved Honor Society awards for their 2022 production measured by closed listings and sales. This is the top 15% of all agents' production in the Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate Network.

Additionally, the Berkshire Hathaway John M Brabham Real Estate property management office was awarded as a Leading Edge office based on units under management and customer service.
