Bertie Mae LeGrant Cooper, 79, widow of John Wesley Cooper Sr. and daughter of the late Forest McFadden and Eliza Howard, was born on Aug. 7, 1940, in Clarendon County. She departed this life on Saturday, June 13, 2020, at Prisma Health Tuomey in Sumter.
Public viewing will be held today from 2 to 6 p.m. at Job's Mortuary.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 18, at Goodwill Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 295 Brick Church Road, Mayesville, SC 29104.
Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., is in charge of arrangements.
