"With businesses in Sumter and all across South Carolina starting to reopen, we felt that it was time to reopen our Sumter lobby using suggested guidelines for social distancing and limiting the number of people in our building," CEO Charlie Allen said. "As an essential service, we have remained open throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Black River employees will be practicing all CDC-recommended safety precautions.
If you are simply paying your bill, you are still strongly encouraged to use the drive-through, or pay your bill online or over the phone.
"As a reminder, most business can be handled over the phone, so give us a call first at (803) 469-8060," Allen said. "We can probably help you right from the comfort of your home."
