After opening the meeting at 6 p.m., the board went into executive session behind closed doors for receipt of legal advice from counsel relating to potential adversarial claims and discussion of its upcoming superintendent search.
After returning to open session, Chairman the Rev. Daryl McGhaney said there would be no action taken related to the executive session.
Tuesday's meeting concluded at 7 p.m.
Board members William Byrd and Karen Michalik didn't attend the meeting.
