BREAKING: Sumter man wanted in connection to mass shooting in Orangeburg County in custody

Sumter County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest of 18-year-old Sincere Gibbs, of Sumter, who was wanted after a mass shooting in Orangeburg County that injured seven people.
